Terms of Service

1. The service

MindFrame ("we", "us") provides a psychology-focused trade journal with AI-powered behavioural analysis. The service is available at mindframe.work. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Not financial or professional advice

MindFrame is a journaling and self-reflection tool. Nothing in the app — including any AI analysis output — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

MindFrame is also not a substitute for professional psychological, psychiatric, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI analysis is generated by an AI model (Claude by Anthropic) based on the trading data you provide and general trading psychology principles. It is pattern recognition applied to your journal data — not a clinical assessment by a qualified professional.

If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, emotional distress, or concerns about compulsive behaviour related to trading, please seek support from a qualified mental health professional. Nothing in this app should be used as a substitute for professional care.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to use MindFrame. One account per person — do not share accounts or create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits.

4. Your data

You own your trade data and journal entries. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the AI analysis features. We do not sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from the Billing section in Settings. On cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis; email support@mindframe.work.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use MindFrame to attempt to reverse-engineer the AI system, scrape data at scale, or do anything illegal. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for trading losses or decisions made based on analysis output.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
