What we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed (never plain-text) password. When you use the app we store the trade data, journal notes, and checklists you enter. We also store the AI analysis results generated for your account.
How we use your data
Your trade data and journal entries are used solely to generate AI analyses for you. When you request an analysis, relevant data from your account is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce your coaching feedback. Your data is never used to train AI models, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Data storage
Your data is stored in Supabase with row-level security enabled — no user can access another user's data. Data is hosted on infrastructure in the United States.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
Your rights
You can request a full export of your data or deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@mindframe.work. We will process requests within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
